Kelly was born and raised in Madoc, Ontario. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University Law School where she graduated on the Dean’s Honour list in 2008. She also has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph, which she received in 2000.
Kelly originally joined the firm as a law student and returned to the firm after articling with a large law firm in Toronto and being called to the bar in 2009.
Kelly practices in a broad range of fields including family law and civil litigation, including corporate, employment, personal injury, estate and construction lien litigation.
Kelly is actively involved in our community. She volunteers as a member of the Board of Directors of Belleville’s Chamber of Commerce.
